Our Purpose
With Your Memorial Donations. The Grace Fund Foundation assists patients and families with essential, non-hospice related expenses they are unable to afford themselves – such as private home care assistance, rent, utility bills, emergency repairs, personal care items, food assistance and other means to promote comfort during end-of-life care.
Our Promise
We are working every day to ensure hospice patients live comfortably, with dignity, when a cure is no longer possible. But to continue our vital work, we need your support. In return, we pledge to you to promote our mission to provide comfort and care to those hospice patients and families that have placed their trust in us and that we are so blessed to serve.
