The combined services of our home care entity and hospice create a unique opportunity for our staff to provide initial services when a client has specific home care needs and does not qualify for hospice.

Should the client subsequently become qualified for our hospice program, the transition to those comfort measures are provided by a staff that has built the trust of the patient and family members.
